Proven at least 5-6 years’ experience in implementing agile methodologies, particularly in the financial sector or API-driven environments.

· Strong familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, TFS) and project management techniques used in agile environments.

· Demonstrated success in adapting agile principles to API banking projects, promoting flexibility, adaptability, and rapid response to change.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams through agile transformations.

· Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· A bachelor's degree in a related field is the minimum requirement; a master's degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
